Warranty Policy

  • In domestic water purifier have 1 year warranty excluding consumable parts.
  • One time 15 days manufacturing defect warranty on consumable parts. If any part gets damaged then the company replaces it with a new part. (Without any transportation charges).In consumable parts company counts sediment filter, carbon filter, copper filter, U.V barral, Membrane, Pre filter.
  • In Electric Parts company count Booster pump, SMPS , Solenoid Valve (S.V) , Micro switch.
  • If there is any problem with the electric part within 1 year, the company replaces it with new parts. In this, on one side the transportation charges are paid by the company and on the other side it is paid by the customer.
  • First time installation on home water purifiers by the company is free. If our technician is not available at any location, in this case the company pays the installation charges (maximum Rs 500) to the customer for the installation. In this situation the customer can take service from a local technician. This does not affect the warranty of the product.
  • The company provides free digital service support through videos images and video calling with expert team.
  • Home service is chargeable, it is not free, when the customer demands a technician at home the company provides home service and the customer pays the service charge to the technician. Service charges are Rs 200 to Rs 400 depending on the travel distance of the technician.
  • If the product gets damaged due to transportation, companies cover it on warranty and replace the damaged product or specific part.

  • If the transport company does not deliver the product within a maximum of 12 days. In this case the customer applies for cancellation. Our team contacts the transport company and verifies the issue and our team finds the delay on the part of the transport company, hence the company gives full refund to the customer.
  • To cancel any order, customers should contact our customer care team. Our team helps in calculation of orders.

  • Our company sends the product to the courier company within 6 -12 working hours after the order.

  • Transport time depends on the mode of transport. We also provide air transportation facility on customer demand.
  • Our Average product delivery time is 2-6 days in india, time depend on distance. If the time limit exceeds 6 days, so our team contacts the transport company and tries to provide the shipment as soon as possible. And if the transportation company does not deliver the product within 12 days, our company issues a refund to the customer and takes back his product.
  • Tracking of shipments is available on the order page. Customer can track own shipment. We also provide details on WhatsApp on customer demand.
  • The company provides free transportation when a customer purchases a product from the website and the price of the product is more than Rs.300. (Free transportation does not apply to commercial machines.)
  • If the transport company is not able to deliver the product to the customer, then in such a situation the company provides a full refund to the customer.
  • The company provides free and prompt replacement of the product to the customer if the product gets damaged during transportation.
  • The company takes 10 percent advance amount for COD orders. And customer pay the remaining amount on delivery.
