Information we collect

Orders: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, so that we can process, deliver and support your order.
Account: your name, email address and mobile number when you register. Your password is stored only in encrypted form.
Installation and service requests: your name, mobile number, address, the product and problem details, and any invoice, photo, video or location you choose to share, so that a technician can visit you.
Contact form: the details you enter, so that our team can reply to you.
Wholesale and technician applications: the business or work details you submit, so that our team can review your application.
Reviews: the name, rating and text you post. Reviews are shown publicly on the product page.
WhatsApp messages: when you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages, photos, videos and documents you send. See the WhatsApp section below.

WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to receive and reply to customer messages. Messages you send to our business number are delivered to our customer support system so that our team can read and answer them, and can see your related orders and service requests.

We use your messages only to answer your questions and to support your orders, installations and service requests.
We do not send promotional messages on WhatsApp unless you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to us.
Messages are handled by Meta under the WhatsApp Business terms and Meta's own privacy policy.
Chat history is kept for as long as needed to support you and for our records, and is deleted on request where we are not required to keep it.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank account details on this website.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed to provide our services:

Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order.
Our service technicians, to carry out an installation or service visit you requested.
Our payment partner, to process online payments.
Meta (WhatsApp), to deliver messages between you and our business number.
Government authorities, when required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

This website stores small items in your browser, such as your cart, wishlist and login session, so that the site works properly. We do not use them to track you on other websites.

How long we keep data

Order, invoice and warranty records are kept for as long as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Other data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to officialaquaro25@gmail.com. This does not include data we must keep for accounting, legal or security reasons.
